ProxyLair is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any game publisher, franchise, or intellectual-property owner. All referenced trademarks, characters, artwork, and properties are the sole property of their respective owners. ProxyLair makes no claim of ownership over any third-party intellectual property.

Nature of the Product

All cards produced by ProxyLair are custom-made, unofficial items intended for personal, casual, and collection use. They are custom test cards and cost-effective substitutes — not official products, and not intended to replace, replicate, or be represented as genuine, licensed, or tournament-sanctioned cards.

Customer-Provided Content

By submitting artwork, images, or design references to ProxyLair, you affirm that you own the rights to that content or are otherwise legally permitted to use and reproduce it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any material you provide. ProxyLair produces custom work at the customer's direction and assumes no responsibility for the intellectual-property status of customer-supplied content, and you agree to indemnify and hold ProxyLair harmless from any claims arising from content you provide.

Intended Use / No Resale as Genuine

ProxyLair cards are for personal use, casual play, prototyping, display, and collection only. They are not to be sold, traded, or represented as official, licensed, or authentic products.

Handmade Variation

As custom, handmade items, slight variations in color, cut, and finish may occur. Each card is produced and inspected by hand.
