Because every order is custom made specifically for each customer, refunds are limited.

Before Design Work Begins

Orders may be canceled for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable.

After Design Work Begins

Once design work has begun, refunds are generally unavailable because labor has already been invested.

After Production Begins

Once printing, lamination, cutting, or other production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Manufacturing Errors

If ProxyLair makes a production error or ships the wrong item, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and products.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. ProxyLair will assist in filing claims when possible but cannot guarantee carrier reimbursement.

Non-Refundable

Custom design work, consultation time, deposits, and completed custom products are non-refundable except where required by law.
