ProxyLair provides custom design and printing services for personalized cards, game accessories, collectibles, prototypes, gifts, and similar custom products. All items are made to order. ProxyLair is an independent business, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, entertainment company, or trademark owner.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You agree to: provide accurate order information; review all proofs carefully before approving production; ensure you have permission to use any artwork, photographs, logos, or other content you submit; and respond to requests for information in a timely manner. ProxyLair is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production.
Customers retain ownership of original content they submit. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the legal right to use it. ProxyLair reserves the right to refuse any project that may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
Because every product is individually manufactured, slight variations may occur in color, foil appearance, laminate finish, cutting alignment, material texture, and print placement. These normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects.
Estimated production and shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to equipment maintenance, material shortages, holidays, weather, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided before an order is placed will be honored for the period stated in the quote.
Production begins only after the customer approves the final proof. Approval confirms that all spelling, layout, artwork placement, and requested information are correct.
ProxyLair's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. ProxyLair is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
ProxyLair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project that violates applicable law, contains hateful or abusive content, infringes intellectual property rights, or cannot reasonably be completed.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
